BUS The Unknown Secretary or simply known as “BUS” are a self-styled hard rock n roll band hailing from Athens Greece who released their latest full length offering ‘Never Decide’ on 28 February 2019 via Riding Easy Records. Having previously been described as “Cock Rock” this is shaping up to be an interesting combo.
The first track ‘You Better Come in You Better Come Down’ has an interesting sound that has a vintage vibe mixed with hints of stoner rock.
‘The Hunt’ has a blatant Sabbath feel and sound to it but I feel is very well done.
‘Into The Night’ has a chaotic sound with crashing cymbals, a dark undertone and lead vocals entering the fold at a mammoth 3 min 22 secs!
‘This King’ has more of a down tempo doom feel that has the continuing Sabbath influence ringing through.
I have no doubt in my mind Never Decide will go down great with fans of Stoner Doom And Desert styled acts that have a large hold at the moment and in my opinion, fits well with the current Riding Easy roster.
Personal favourites include ‘Moon Child’, ‘Into The Night’ and ‘Evil Eyes’.
